Cámara Desechable is a virtual disposable camera built and run by IPxCloud. Your guests scan a QR code, type their name and take photos with a limited roll and an analog look, without installing apps or creating accounts. Nobody sees the photos during the party: the roll is revealed to everyone at the same time after the event.

How it works

Scan the QR code
The QR code goes on tables, invitations or a sign, and opens the camera in the phone's browser with nothing to download.

Pick a name
Each guest types their name and gets their roll. No email, password or account is required.

Shoot the roll
Everyone gets the same number of shots, 24 by default. Each confirmed photo stays on the roll and can no longer be viewed or deleted.

Sealed roll
When the camera window ends, the roll is sealed and guests see a countdown to the reveal.

Reveal for everyone
The album opens for everyone at the same time, 48 hours after the event by default, and guests get a notification.

It recreates the experience of disposable cameras at a party using each guest's phone. Everyone has a roll with a limited number of shots, the photos have an analog look and nobody sees them until the reveal, when the album opens for everyone at the same time.
Do my guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. They scan the event's QR code, type their name and the camera opens in the phone's browser. If they want, they can add it to their home screen to open it faster.
How many photos can each guest take?
The roll has 24 shots by default, the same for everyone, and we adjust it when we set up your event. Discarding a photo before confirming it does not use up the roll; once confirmed, it can no longer be viewed or deleted until the reveal.
When can we see the photos?
At the reveal, which by default happens 48 hours after the event, or at the time you choose. Until then nobody sees the photos, not even the host, and guests get a notification when the roll is revealed.
How do I download all the photos from my event?
At the reveal, the organizer gets an email with the link to the album and to a download of every photo as a ZIP file, available for 30 days. You also decide whether guests can download their photos or the full album.
How much does the disposable camera cost for my event?
It is quoted per event, based on the date, the number of guests and the setup you need. Write to us with your event details and we will send you a proposal with no commitment.
