Security and connectivity for a boutique hotel in the Riviera Maya

We designed and installed a complete security and connectivity solution for a boutique hotel in the Riviera Maya. We placed Hikvision IP cameras around the perimeter and indoor areas, together with Grandstream access points for guests and operations. We mounted every device with neat cable routing that respects the stucco and wood architecture, to protect without altering the guest experience.

  • Hikvision IP CCTV
  • Grandstream WiFi
  • Communications rack
  • Structured cabling
  • Outdoor cable routing

Discreet perimeter surveillance

We placed the Hikvision cameras at the corners of the property to cover entrances and perimeter with no blind spots. Their compact profile blends into the stucco facade and almost disappears among the vegetation, so the hotel gains continuous surveillance without sacrificing its aesthetics.

Camera and WiFi at a single point

On the wooden posts we mounted the Hikvision camera next to the Grandstream access point, using each spot to provide security and signal at the same time. Guests browse with stable WiFi in the common areas while operations keep reliable coverage throughout the hotel.

Organized rack, network under control

We concentrated the network electronics in an Enson wall rack, with the cabling tidied behind a glass door with a lock. This central point protects the equipment from weather and dust, makes maintenance easier and keeps the hotel network stable and ready to grow.
